At some point while trying out outfit combinations for (www.deviantart.com/memymine/ar… ) (included things like armor suits and coats and capes, the hand position is sort of a remnant from when he was supposed to hold objects) I noticed that removing some parts is also a valid strategy. Showed to two people who said yeah should probably finish and upload that. So I rendered the torso (also as an exercise to not forget how to people because sometimes I'm worried).

It's probably expensive thing by famous person. I'm not sure he'd ever wear something like that anywhere when anyone can see, though if he did that would explain why Lucia finds him problematic to associate with. Well ok she's openly more skeptical of the "massagist" and "maid"and "personal assistant" he hired but he was initially thinking he can deploy them strategically like in Assassin's Creed but then he ended up lying so well he didn't need to distract anybody to get to places, so they ended up re-qualifying for real. Characters tell him he can go into politics with that deception skill.
