If I had to nitpick....

Her forehead is a bit large, and the proportions of her nightgown are slightly off. But other than that, this is amazing! Your attention to detail is wonderful.

I think the lips are a bit too far to the right? Try moving them a bit maybe

Otherwise, this is fabulous! I love how you did the hair-- the highlights are awesome. The patterns on the wall, pillows, and her dress are great too

Her arms seem a little too skinny and her ear is a bit far back, but other than that, I can't find anything wrong. It's a really great piece and I love the details even though it is a cartoon style.
