Actually Al's "Annie Body" series should give you some interesting concepts to work from. Mini dresses are always great, love them on my wife as well. Jeans, short shorts, mini skirts are always great, but in view of a full hemipelvectomy would need some custom tailoring, expect you'll get into designing some unique fashions to that effect as you go along. A thong style bathing suit, high cut on the hips, such as we posed my wife in for some of the shots we did would work great as is. Also nothing wrong with a nice artistic nude as well.

Ah okay, so you are saving all the layers then as opposed to merging into a single image when done. Yes, i'd love to have a look, not only for the beautiful image but to see the detail your coming up with as well

I think that a miniskirt size dress like this is marvellous. Also leggings or tight jean that hides nothing or even enhances the oneleggedness/onehippedness (is there such a word?) could be equally exiting. Clothes designed to emphasize instead of hide, I think is the key. Emphazise does not necessarily equals reveal or expose (as in nude).
