you should! from what i can tell, people really like it! i know i do. sometimes i make charms like that fancy one or sometimes i just use a couple little silver beads or sometimes i build a little dangle out of beads that match the bracelet. i do it on the back of necklaces, at the clasp, sometimes.

aren't those czech beads great? i have them in all sorts of colors! silver spacers are my favorite, i put them in all the things i make with fairly standard materials. when i have weird materials, i use things like bone and stone for spacers.

it's hard for me to find "silver" spacers, where I live. Do you get your's locally? The bone and stone spacers are a great idea, I'd love to see that!

i never buy any of my beads locally. i buy everything from sellers on etsy. they have better prices and a MUCH better selection. the site i buy my silver beads is called ncCrafts on etsy, here:

that seller has a great selection and almost everything she has is silver plated, so the prices are reasonable. the gemstones are so much better on etsy! and you can find all kinds of things you'd never find elsewhere like the bone and stone and so on. just search under "supplies."

i love to share any knowledge i have, a lot of people on etsy helped me so much when i was getting started. i have lots of recommendations for odd beads, some of the above are, but i know lots of much weirder ones. i don't know much about your style...

still freezing your fingers off? i see you got your prints working, they look great, i've been thinking about collecting some 5x7 prints from people whose stuff i really like and making a little wall in my bathroom of art people i know made. this cool guy who is a cartoonist drew a cartoon of me with the monster that is my past demons. it's on my page. i ordered a little print of it and i have it in a little frame i got yesterday--it looks so cool! i got a mug with one of cherie's paintings on it that i drink my coffee out of! fun, huh?

must be so magic, sitting with a bunch of beads in a box, having the light shine in on em, and make pretty jewelry, I didn;t know you did that.

thank you! i made just one like this in green, with a slightly different dangle, only time i've ever repeated myself! that's how much i liked it. i kept the red one but sold the green one. i have a huge collection of beads and i just get bunches out and play with them together until i find combinations that i like.
