Oooh - I really do like this one out of all your works that I've commented on previously. First and foremost, you've got a patchwork-esque background that really highlights (and contrasts) to the orb (Being the central figure in the piece). While you have a background, true, I still believe that you've still got excessive amounts of background. But that's just my honest and personal opinion on the issue.
The orb itself is quite beautiful - I can see noticeable facets within the orb itself, looks like a house seen, with windows and a door. Not sure if that's intentional or not, but it really does make the orb look quite spectacular in nature. I love the radiating halo of yellow-warming (and calming - To me anyhow) light that filters out from the orb.

This is the best in your gallery. Simplicity is great but you should try to add a few more layers to some of them and see what happens. I think you've perfected the orbes (better than me anyway) try putting them in various places.. floating in people/animals hands look cool or maybe in a real life setting where you wouldn't expect it... g'luck

The opacity for that layer was at 15% but I lowered it to 9% because I didnยดt want it to be to much...there is really nothing there to see.

They are improving, maybe you should have a scene of orb's interacting?
