`Key, I know, they probably doesn`t look like original R, mostly due to influence of some other character (yeah. like try to guess who is it, wich is pretty obviously I think)... Basically you can say that they an alter version of two different persons.
Man, I wanted to draw them for around a week or more, but... for whatever reason the only thing that I want for past two weeks is sleeeeeeeeeeeep, even if ot`s a day time

Who knows... R is very mysterious robot. But yeah, they are probably a robot master or just simple robot (that been befor robot master models. But they don`t really different in way of their AI) and no, they aren`t the final boss, but serves very major role in the story.

Yeah this guy\gal is the coolest and red looks cool... actually, I`m lying, I just really love mix of black, red and white colors. Idk, but I think that without this dark-shadow effect their main color is white.

I think they do, as long as R has that "spike" and their sword, it's all good XD
