Finding characters to celebrate pride with for tumblr I chose Alex from Rick Riordan's norse branch of his universe featured in Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard books

I really like Alex - she/he is my first meeting with a genderfluid both in fiction and irl and her/his personality is so bright and powerful, I love it
Also I didn't even notice before I started drawing but Alex kind of symbolizes all three of the big things this year: genderfluid can be said to be inside the transgender umbrella (I apolegies if I am wrong here :'D), and at the same time Alex is a queer person of colour

This took around 2 hours 15 minutes to draw ^V^ (because of course I recorded x'D)
