So what's going on is Zim was over at Dib's house to yell at him when a thunderstorm rolled in so Zim took refuge in Dib's room. Dib sort of ignored him until it got dark.

Dib: Umm Zim? Shouldn't you be, going now? Or something...

Zim: Well, if your filthy earth skies full of FILTH are done raining then-
