I love it! I haven't seen that show in AGES but still remember it. I agree, the hair did come out great and OMG the pose is great, but I think you could've down with a better background (sitting on a stool maybe? I just think the ball doesn't look too good). Great job!

She is part of a set of the Sailors, featuring one of their attacks. The best idea I could come up with is having her sitting on her sitting on her attack, since both her and Uranus use the same pose before launching it, and I already used it with Sailor Uranus. I tried to make it look like water, but , damn, water is hard to draw!

You could take a water texture and put it in the background. Then again, it would take away from the "cartoon" feeling, but eh.
