Good thing I still had dirtbag action figure, with all his weapons and even backpack too.
But wait a min, what happen to his tail? I don't see it.
And one more thing, he was found in TMNT 3 for NES, one of my fav NES games all the time.

Hee hee still have my Dirtbag and Groundchuck figures. Those two along with Mondo Gecko, Wingnut and Hot Head all had their place on my shelf.

I remember the figure and a role in a game, but was he an actual character or one just made for the toyline. They did go a bit bananas.

He did show up in the toon and his partenr in crime was Groundchuck the bull.
At the end of the run the toyline really went crazy with some designs but I think the variants killed it. There were years that only had Turtle variants and cero new characters. I hated that. Those variants were peg warmers.
I hated going to the toy store only to see stupid turtle variants.

Varients kill every toyline. I hated them as a kid as they weren't proper. The only varient I ever bought was Dragon Armour Skeletor cos I knew I could swap the head with Kobra Kahn
There was like Colonel Bananas and that weird Fire Dog and camel. I had no idea who these guys were. I still loved Slash and Mondo Gecko oh and Wingnut and Screwloose.

Hahahaha you know I used to do the same thing with Dragon Blaster Skeletor.
But unlike the Turtle variants, I really loved the MOTU ones. Except for the 200x run, that was just crazy.
The Turtle toyline lost its creativity saddly. The dog you mentioned was terrible. They couldn't come up with cool mutants anymore.

I remember being soooo happy when he "graduated" to being a boss in TMNT III on the NES (The Manhattan Project). XD There were a lot of guys from that generation in that game, actually...

Man TMNT III MP was awesome!
That's my second fav TMNT game, first one is TMNT IV Turtles in Time SNES.
Love how even toy variants made it in the game. Wacky action Bebop was in TMNT III.
It was tough game to beat but everyone had a blast playing it.

I'm anxious to see how they're gonna put this episode on the DVD. I'm hoping they keep it as one full episode the way it aired on prime time. I mean honestly, I don't think they ever did air it as a 2-parter and even if CBS repeated it in their Saturday Morning time-slot,they still would've had a full hour to show it in its entirety!

I used to always put him in the Mutant Module. It made so much sense to me that since he's a mole, he'd be using the vehicle that digs.
