Still slightly unfinished but my laptop doesn't seem to want to complete it, so here it is anyways.
Maybe when I upgrade my computer, this picture will have a makeover.

Possibly. my colour and contrast may be not as saturated as yours so she doesn't look as dark on my screen. I will change it eventually.

That guy is just smoking something dude. Her tone is dark, but no where near a black person's.
The only problem is the proportions, and you already said you'd be taking care of that.
