Weapon of Choice:
Slingshot, but still falls back on his old trusty rubber bands when the situation lets him.

Personality:
Louiss has got a very easy going personality but often tries to hard to get everyone's approval. The approval of Ristine (which he calls 'leader' ) is especially valued high.

He acts like he knows what he is doing, but he really just hopes not to die most of the time. He can be pretty skilled but his insecurity gets in the way a lot, making him a rather clumsy asset when being pressured by other members or when he starts to over think things.

He can stand his ground when there is no way out, but often will need someone to 'save his scrawny ass'.

History:
Louiss has a pretty normal live growing up with his mother, grandmother and younger brother; Thomas. His father isn't around that much, but they are just the 'normal' happy family. One day he came across some interesting looking people. He was intrigued by them and started to stalk observe them.

In the end he was accepted to join and was proud to call himself 'The Neon Ranger'.

When their first mayor battle turned out to be a disaster, (see Who dat Be?! Missions) Louiss found it harder and harder to see the others when he so obviously failed hard. When all the rangers went their own ways he decided to try something new as well.

Louiss goal was to become a fearless hero in order to be able to face his friends again and not feel ashamed!!!

.....Instead he became a pizza delivery guy....

Two years later the pizza company (Quick Pizza; You want it quick, we get there fast), in order to 'preserve nature' decided all the scooters would be 'electric scooters' from now on. Louiss, with his illogical fear of anything that might cause to shock him, didn't see any way around it but to run around to deliver the goods.

Naturally he failed in making the deadlines. When things really started to look bad, the company was already planning his 'letting him down gentely speech', he had to deliver a pizza to a familiar address.

When he ran up to the HQ of the Rangers he did not recognize it at first, or more like, he was just too happy he made it to the address without passing out another time to pay it much attention.

When Riley opened the door it still didn't click, as Louiss only knew Riley under his former name. Only after Riley asked Jessika to pay up,after all she had ordered the pizza together with Ristine, he slowly realized he had seen this very door many times before.

He was happy to join them once more, but also a little afraid he might have wasted his years driving around town instead of honing his skills. ( Like all the others seemed to have been doing ) To make up for it Louiss decided to try and work with a slightly better weapon, namely a slingshot. He is getting better at it....slowly...

Thunderstorms/Electricity.

Louiss has got an immense fear for being shocked He hates thunderstorms as he fears he will be struck by the lighting. He tries to stay away from anything electrical most of the time. (power cords, cables etc)

To try and avoid being shocked he only wears shoes with rubber shoes and attacks mostly with his rubber bands or use objects that can't conduct lightning/electricity.

Allergy

Louiss has got an allergy for rubber. Something that is especially troubling since he insists on wearing rubber to keep from being shocked. He stacks his rubberbands on his right arm, so that his left will be 'scratch free'. He also carries around a small case of allergy cream to ease the comfort a little.
