Description
Another piece I unfortunately had to paint on cursed paper. I spent a half an hour trying to figure out which ones of my leftover watercolor papers were not part of that block, but I -still- ended up picking one of them. -_-'The white outlinings are made with my dying gel pen, not acrylics, in case anyone is wondering.

Hmmm, not sure about this, but it looks awfully similar to a watercolour piece by John Rackham. His image of a hyppogryph I believe it is, I remember it vividly after researching him a while back.

Do you remember what kind of artist (I assume he's an artist) this John Rackham is? The ones I found with a quick search on google were an artist with almost only graphics of nudes in his gallery and the other was a pirate.
(...I'm just interested in seeing the picture. :/ )

The feathers on the beast are quite detailed. It must have taken you a long time to do that. It is magestic, with its head rearing up and its wings in mid beat. Great job

That's watercolor? Your complaining? No you cannot complain about art that looks as beautiful as that. You can see the amount of time you spent going over every part. The details as many others have said is just absolutely amazing. This work is just plain beautiful I give it a 50 out 5 stars. Yeah its that good. The emotion just reaches out to you....

Some very impressive detail in this, considering the medium you used for it. It almost has a stoney look to it in the smaller view.
The creature kinda reminds me of the 'Feng-huang' Chinese phoenix. It's got an awesome pair of horns
