ok so i haven't uploaded anything in awhile due to my horrific art block but i thought I'd toss everyone some older stuff....i did this pair of custom shoes for my little brother as a gift ( cuz he LOVES Pokemon) a couple of months ago and he LOVES them! haha these photos were taken recently so he's worn them a bit ....ignore the scuffs lol...at least people who wish to commission me can have a good idea of how my painted shoes hold up

those are epic! I've never attempted to paint detailed stuff like that on my pairs...partly cuz no one has ever requested detail...i should just make myself some shoes that are crazy spiffy...lol

oh my goodness I'm so sorry I never got back to you about the shoes! your comment never showed up in my messages and i randomly showed someone the link to my shoes today and saw this comment. I'm currently not taking any shoe requests though....I've had an awful summer! Car accidents, deaths, and so much more....so I have been having issues drawing at all

yeah they are posted here, with a few others. I used Bic Mark-Its which hold alright, but the yellow and magenta bleed. the colors haven't faded at all really and I wear them almost every day!

i know i know....I'm still attempting >_< I have this whole other marauders map idea that isn't really what you wanted and I'm determined to try and get exactly what you wanted. I'm just having artsy issues....and I refuse to make something as awesome as your shoes unless I'm completely confident that they will turn out right ya know?...
I'm mostly concerned with getting the characters right and how to go about putting them on the shoes without beefing them up...lol

As far as beefing them up...would more canvas help? Cause there's a pair of knee-high converse (I already have a pair in black) that comes in white and might suit your needs. They're a little pricey, but apparently graduating from high school pays well in my family. Ah well. Anyway, let me know. I have the normal shoes too, so just let me know when you're ready...
But I do leave for Missouri in like five weeks, for college, just so ya know
