honestly i just started doodling and didnt even expect to come up with anything decent but i got really inspired with this color scheme and managed to whip this up in less than an hour
im really pleased. i dont have the time to take it any further right now but if i win the character i will definetly refine this more >U<

The personality i came up with so far:
He's very regal, gentle and soft spoken, but also very blatant. He is the prince of a royal family, and he is well respected among the people of his country, believed to be shy and introverted. He actually is very confident and prefers to do any dirty work that has to be done himself, under another identity. He is polite and curt to the point of coldness to strangers when he is under cover, and can be a little sly and sarcastic to people who know him well, but he's very caring toward nature and animals, and children that arent brats.
Due to his cold nature and mistrust of strangers, he doesnt have many people in his life that are close to him.
