Theres some history in this pic, for me.
I read a book early on in my art life by an american artist Ken Davies. Much of the process I teach in classes comes from things I learned from him. Hes also the guy who paints the Wild Turkey Bourbon labels, and the scene here behind Nigel is very much like my earliest work, which was fully inspired by Davies turkey paintings.
