Description I am tired and it's late, so I won't say much about this work.

I wanted to do something completely different than the Spider-Man posters I have mixed feelings about. I tried to do as professional style poster as I could, to get to the level that a lot of posters are here in DeviantART. The Spider-Man posters were very stylized and not very professional looking and as I said I'm not sure what I think about them. It took two hours plus to make this poster. As always, I'm glad to hear your opinions and feelings, so please express them with a comment!

I think the story of this possible movie is pretty much summed up in the tagline. The movie would tell mostly about Superman living on earth after mankind has gone extinct by some way or another, the tagline hinting to nuclear holocaust. It would be cool if the concept of Superman living forever (if he doesn't do suicide with kryptonite I guess) was explored, how he outlives all his loved ones and even humanity and ultimately is alone with everyone he cared about being dead.

Hello, to be honest with you, my idea for this is that Superman is the last man on Earth. Of course he'll still be the last man of Krypton as well. In my concept he has become the last man of a planet two times, and I tried to capture the tragedy of that in this poster.

Good question, I haven't thought about that much Well, what I was thinking is that Lex Luthor would organize a nuclear war. This would be because he wants to finally break Superman, by destroying humanity, as Superman loves and wants to protect humans. Luthor would escape to space himself. Luthor's main motivation to me has always been destroying Superman, so he would take it to the extreme and destroy all mankind.. Just to finally reach his goal.

Yeah, I know it's far-fetched, but it's all I got..

I thaught it should be Lex Luthor again too! But it would be interesting to see another villain in in the sequel like Brainiac, Bizzaro, Parasite, Toyman, Metallo, Livewire or Lobo?

But I think it would be Lex Luthor.

Haha, to be honest I'm so noob with my Superman knowledge that Lex Luthor is the only villain I know properly from Superman's villains. I haven't read many Superman comics.. But I sure would be interested in seeing some other villains in the movie! I just don't know them well.

something similar to this happens in DC 1Million. After everyone superman cares for dies, he flies into the sun and lets the world take care of itself, only to return from his self imposed exile when the ultimate enemy appears.

Oh, sounds cool.. I haven't really read too many Superman comics. But he has very interesting qualities as a character, and I loved The Four Seasons from Jeff Loeb and Tim Sale. ^^

You are right.. Actually I heard this idea floating on a Finnish forum, this is what I know: apparently Mark Millar has planned on doing a Superman trilogy with probably the last movie being Superman after humanity has gone extinct.. I really loved the idea, so I ran with it!

And yeah, Hollywood will NEVER DO THIS..
