Description When Street Fighter 4 came out, I really fell for C. Vipers design. It took me a while to do fan art, because I really wanted to do it right.

I like drawing characters from an overhead view so I tired looking for a ground that would make an interesting background. I love cobblestone but opt for stone instead.

The hardest thing about this illustration were her shades. I just couldn't get the reflection and glare right.
