Description "Impressionist"

Acrylics on 16"x20" canvas.
So this evening, I spent time working on two pieces; this, of course, is one of them. I spent a little time playing around with colors, all the while, it began to mimic the image of a mother and her child -- I climbed aboard my usual thought train, which reflects heavily on the idea of things being "influential". Everything has influence....everything has potential...we all live on and have an impact through the moments we are alive. I know I've read some literature on those ideas, too, but it's such a broad realm of topics that I can't really recall where they are published.
As far as the style here...I'm not really sure where some of my recent work is coming from....what part of me, anyway. I've just been taking it a day at a time, hearing from interesting people, etc. -- always learning. Patterns and minds, continuously at play.

(sorry for the photo -- black is SOooOo reflective when you try and photograph it...)

I read below in a comment "organic freedom" and this is it... I wasn't sure how to describe it better. It has indeed this organic and human touch. That's lovely that it started to mimic a mother and her child, that gives an impact and a story to your drawing. And those discontinued lines and dots gives a "flow" to it, that's pleasant to look at
Seems that imagination and inspiration have no limits
Keep learning and drawing!
