This idea just popped into my head while thinking of a picture and out of nowhere a realistic sharingan popped into my head. I started looking it up for gimp and came to some tutorial but it wasn't in english, and there are no english tutorials for it, but the steps were simple but the guy made a mistake and I corrected it in mine and heres my result. I got the stock from somewhere but can't remember.

I have decided that this will be my first VOICED Gimp
tutorial on youtube, Point Blank. So a english tutorial on how to make a realistic one in gimp is coming soon.
