You have such awesome compositions. The amount of detail you put into your work is impressive. How long does it take you to finish a piece, do you think? I love the colors in this one. I would try forgetting about the gradient tool and instead playing around with setting the brush opacity to vary with pen pressure, assuming you are using a table. Also, look into adding color to your shadows, as shadows tend towards blue or generally the compliment of the light source shining on them (that's not perfectly true, but it's a good rule of thumb to start with). You really have a knack for choosing color schemes and conveying energy, though. And I love the way you rendered the ice violin.

thank u. usually it takes about 2 to 3 days. the longest process is deciding on a concept a references cause my friends usually take a picture pose for me to help with composition and anatomy. i do use the opacity and brushes all the time but i love the gradient tool cause it helps me understand color and shading better for some areas that i paint. i do tend to forget to add color to shadows for some reason. my cousin gets onto me about that sometimes. xruamariex.deviantart.com/
