Joaquin (Quin) is an honest, good-natured person that seemingly appears standoffish due to his silence and intense or analytical stares – the glares are unintended of course. Once you get him comfortable with you he'd be all sunshine and flowers literally becoming a chatterbox depending on the topic. There are some drawbacks with his personality; Quin can get rather selfish or greedy when it comes to "certain" things he likes; enough said. And he is... as mentioned before "honest," he is honest to a degree where you feel uncomfortable so being dishonest by twisting and even stretching the truth is for your protection but it doesn’t mean he won’t lie to himself.

Other than those traits; he can be a tad of a Mr. Nice Guy type giving this particular pushover like pretense however as John Dryden says "Beware the fury of a patient man" or just "Beware of the Nice Ones" everyone has a limit to their kindness.
