Hmm I really don't get it...maybe America should have cooked the frozen pizza but from the drawing the pizza looked cooked even thought America called it frozen pizza. Maybe I might get it if I eat frozen pizza but it always gets cooked.

XD Well, the joke is pretty simple: frozen pizzas aren't fresh and aren't as good as homemade pizzas. Italy knows how fresh homemade pizza taste like (cause he's Italian, obviously) and finds it a disgrace that America is eating a frozen one. Frozen pizzas are still called frozen pizzas even when they're cooked

Did you know that the dough is cut out into circles, but the extra dough is put back into a remixing vat to make more pies? And the same goes for the sauce... ._. Goes back into a vat.
