I made the helmet out of craft foam, cardboard and covered the whole thing with Polyfilla. It was put together a bit hastily and I wouldn't recommend it, since it's very fragile and tends to crack if stressed.
Yes, I made the messenger bag too!

Oh, and Styrofoam balls for the bolts and casting resin for the purple gem on the side (and metal and electrical wires
