Yeah, these look about right, if Disney decided to do orcs- if they did goblins, they could use Toady (Gummie Bears) or Creeper (The Black Cauldron) as references. The Horned King would be good for a lich. If the want to do something like Uruks, they could touch up a bit on what they did with Gargoyles.
I could see them modeling ther behavior on animals, depending on they want to do - like for kleptomaniacs, they could use monkeys, for brutes, they could reference gorillas and/or rhinos.
I like the mix of expressions and attitude you did with these orcs. Might be fun if they decided to do a barroom brawl with orcs, kinda like the suitor presentation scene from Brave.... though if you ask me, that was basically 'orcs in human skin',

I don't know, I feel like I could have done more. I wanted to add the feel of the Maleficent's goons, the huns in Mulan, and even characters who aren't evil like Tarzan and his gorillas.
I just don't know what's bugging me with this picture.

If you feel like doing more, adding the effects as described, go for it.
Ah, the goons, I forgot the goons- definitely a good way to do a misfit group, though they feel a bit more like goblins. I mentioned the gorillas since they're big and their frames suggest the proverbial strength that could be found in an orc.
Personally, I see nothing wrong with the picture. Only thing I can say is don't hold yourself back.
