But since you want a critique, I can say a few things, but not much is wrong, really! :3
The only things I see wrong are the legs and feet and hands. The legs are a wee bit short and the way the feet are positioned (and without much perspective) they seem to be floating and the hands look a little squishy.
I took it into Sai and did a quick touch up of what I think is wrong with the legs and feet:

(My lines are perfect or anything here, but it's general)
But I really love your shading! Especially on the jacket~
And I like that you seem to have really bright, fun artworks and I hope you keep it up! You're really improving~!

Everyone says her legs should be longer, but Idk;; because I feel like if I did, she'd look like a slut ; o ; Because it'd make her skirt too high.. I thought mid-thigh would be fine. xD;;

Yeah, the hands look squishy because I didn't want it too look bony, I guess I.. "oversquishified" it? xD

You could always make the skirt stretch if you have it on a separate layer. :3
But I didn't really ever think of anything slutty when it came to short skirts on drawings. It's more of you want to show off the legs that you tried perfecting. :3

Hmm, the overall looks fine, it was just a little at hand like ~FrostiiMelon told. For me too, it's very hard to draw. But for hands drawing, you don't need to find any refs, the best one is your real hand
And maybe this's cause your own style, but I gonna to say that she'll look sexier if you drew a little longer legs. :3
