Yes... I am an idiot.This is an entry for a contest being held by *MorRokko . The idiot bit comes in because, though the deadline is April tenth, I spontaneously decided that the seventh was actually the tenth, and spent a whole day freaking out because I thought I was missing the deadline. Any visibly shoddy work, I push off on the panic of date mix ups, but I'd still love critique.
Lame background I know, (if you can cal it a background) I was burnt out by that point.

I really don't think that's a big enough error to call yourself an idiot for! 
I'd read the date wrong, of course.
Positive things:
I love the eyes, I think it was a good choice to make them the way you did.
I think they give the picture more dimension this way than they probably would have if you went the traditional way. 
Negative:
The leopard, while looking ferocious and awesome, kind of dissapears into the buffalo's horn. The hyena, too, dissapears a bit into the shading on the buffalo. Also, the little white rim around the eyes looks not so good. 
Even so, rushed or not, the more I look at this, the more I like it, because I feel like I can see your thought process in some places; why you did "this" and not "that"... Yeah, I love it.
