Luna Lovegood from the Harry Potter series. However, I think I drew her too peppy. Luna is more of a laid-back, trippy sort of chick. And I was too lazy to see what her hair was supposed to look like. THe wierd glasses are supposed to be the ones she pulled out of the Quibbler.Pose referenced from How to Draw Manga: Super Basics
