The chinese characters on the left say "protect and attack" And the other says "ice shield"
For anyone who can read chinese please tell me if this is right because I got my info off the web. Im sorry if Iv offended anyone.

the characters are chinese δΏζ€εζ»ε», pronounced "baohu he gongji"
the scroll looks great, though I would advise you to inspire yourself more from actual taijiquan scrolls, since water bending moves are mostly copied from taijiquan (tai chi chuan). I like the second line better, the movements look more like actual shaolin forms!
