A little tribute to Luna <3 I'm still a bit doubtful of the way I have done the water : any tips on doing water surfaces in general?

Luna was a young male orca who became separated from his family, and ended up in Nootka Sound, off the west coast of Vancouver Island. He took up residence here, and was regularly visited by the local people, and he grew from a shy and cautious animal, into a confident young orca.
However, his confidence around boats caused much controversy. It was debated much wether he should just be left alone, or to give him attention. It would seem that Luna would decide. He craved attention. He enjoyed the play and touch that the local Indians gave him, and they believed that he was a reincarnation of their deceased chief. There are many videos of him, as he became very popular. So popular that interest in him as an aquarium exhibit became very apparent.
A battle came about between the local people, and those who believed that an aquarium home was best for him. The boats excited Luna, and he seemed to enjoy the chasing. The local peoples won in the end, with luna remaining in his bay.
But it was doubtful if he would ever see his family again. He seemed a good candidate to be returned to his pod, and his mother was still alive, but wether she would take him back after so long was debated.
But, in 2006, the inevitable happened. A tug boat ran him over, and he died.
His mother went missing in 2008, and his brother also disappeared that year. They had both been showing signs of starvation, as local salmon stocks were in decline, and still are. Luna's story shows that if we couldn't look after one small whale, and if we can't protect his surviving family, what hope do all other cetaceans have?

Thanks for reading, and if there are any inaccuracies please tell me!
