I do some photographies because it trained the eye. From my little experience and I would say that there is a nice work done with the light on the lips.

I did the same with photos, but I don't like the composition, I prefer the draw, really I don't know why but it's more "armonious" than the picture.
however look at this and tell me what you think about it.

For me there are the same kinds of details on your photography than Watchsomeone's. I think I will not teach you anything, you seems to have a good eye, I think you've seen the problem that brings the different lines of the walls (specially the one on the foreground). Always hard to conciliate the different lines on a photography...
Still a good Idea of these two birds.
