This looks way better then the Ambassador class bridge they showed in Yesterday's Enterprise. In fact this might end up being described in my TLE stories whenever I write them.

The funny thing about that is that it essentially IS the Bridge from YEon the order of at least 90%.Β  I just removed the front console and added the two sit down stations in front of the tubolifts.Β  Then gave the back stations chairs and added the isolinear banks under the big monitors port and starboard.

Wow, never noticed honesty. The bridge set in YE was darkened on purpose of course to make it seem damaged, but they darked too much so I never caught the entire layout.

It was too dark and they did only medium and close shots of the central potion for the most part.

Yeah, a shame honestly, though this makes up for it greatly Β

The base configuration for this bridge originally appeared as that of the Hathaway in Peak Performance.Β  It was next seenΒ  (slightly redressed) as that of the Enterprise-C in "Yesterday's Enterprise"., and it appeared one last time (again redressed) for the Bozeman in "Cause and Effect".Β  Alll three were redresses of the Enterprise bridge from the movies, as was virtually every "guest" bridge, the Enterprise-D Battle Bridge, and Data's cybernetics lab.

That I knew. But when you're short on money, reusing what you got is a good idea.

Oh I wasn't taking a shot at them, I was just giving the "pedigree" or "lineage" of that particular configuration.

Real life Navies standardize components and spaces all the time make crew familiarization easier.Β  Starfleet would too and for the same reasons.

Never understood why they thought it was a good thing to have there in the first place.
