I used lots and lots of tape! But not having too much to tape down and a little make up helped as well!

Yeah it did, this was my first time doing open shirt binding so I taped everything down a little too tight and ended up with some small blisters on my back.
But make up wise, I just contoured my chest and abs to give it more of a muscular feel. Its hard to see it in this picture though.
