It's a Jelly. It bounces Jelliliy in that it doesn't.Been on my list for far too long now. Finally decided to just make it and be done with it.
Yes, I made a whole new shading technique for one emote.

Love it, but maybe you could move the face as it's going up and coming down a bit.

The face does move, it's just moving at 0.04 seconds a frame which can be a little difficult for the untrained eye to see.
