This is really a lovely self portrait. The lighting is perfect, and allows for a play between harsh shadows and soft reflections.

The focus entirely brings attention to your face, and the background manages to be interesting, but free of any distractions.

I think the emotion this image conveys to me is that of solitude... or deep thought.

All around, this is very well done!
