Hmmm...I just noticed the name of the piece...
"I want out"
Depending on the focus of the title (mother or child) it could mean a lot of things.
Either way it's a poignant photo.

The title along with the hand on the doorknob suggest to me somebody who does not want to endure carrying the burden, going through pregnancy, and possibly raising a child. But sometimes you can't turn back.

Props to your model. I've been pregnant 3 times and have 3 amazing kids, but I'm not sure I could've modeled for such a composed- "relaxed, acceptant" piece.
The lighting and the finger on the door handle says a lot.
I hope you'll post pics of the little one when the time comes.
