The wording is a little awkward.  I think "If you control 3 or more forests, [this] cannot block."

why is this uncommon common I may be able to see it

or maybe in the set your working on artifacts are helpful and having an early one will put you ahead

but in other situations I wouldn't use it maybe if it was a 1/3 and or only took 2 forests

just my opinion.
