Yes, possible.
Recreate the heart with photoshop or download any heart icon from internet. Recolor it and replace it instead of the one in the pack .

You're work is the kinda work i really like! Sure they really help you, but its that stupid french add that makes my entire browser crash (its keeps coming back and back, pops up like 10 popups)! Adfly does this, and i am pretty sure you can get different sort for links to gather money.
