Next to Batista...I agree. But the biggest problem is that whilst Goldberg is an all-around ass in-ring and backstage, Batista is only a jerk outside of the ring.

Undertaker.
1. Taker is loyal to his company and has become legendary because of that, whilst 'Berg just was lucky to be at the right place and at the right time to be the one WCW hired to carry it
2. Taker was--and is--an original, whislt 'Berg was merely created to combat an ex-WCW star that Bischoff fired who was gaining in popularity over in the then-WWF...Stone Cold Steve Austin.
3. Taker doesn't cause problems backstage because he is well-respected, whilst 'Berg is the reason behind most of WCW's problems, thanks in part to his buddies in the over-expanding nWo and Goldberg's own selfish ego that wanted him to remain undefeated (even though 'Berg was only given the streak to make him seem as credible as Stone Cold, despite the fact that Austin--to this day--has sold more tickets and would rather walk out on the company to deal with his demons rather than stay and stomp on everyone else as a way of dealing with said demons like Goldberg would [for proof of 'Berg stepping on everyone to get his way, just ask Bret Hart, whose career 'Berg cut short, and ask Chris Jericho, who was dragged into an altercation with 'Berg during Goldberg's tenure in the WWE...and came out on top, whilst Goldberg got his egotistical ass handed to him]).
4. 'Berg hates any company that doesn't treat him like a perfect specific like WCW did (although it is ironic to note that--besides doing so in order to combat Austin's popularity--WCW did that because WCW was always the B-Company, what with stealing talent that had previously worked for the WWF by promising said talent more money, only to leave said talent in midcarder hell [or making them a members of the many nWo incarnations, which eventually brought the company down], because WCW's booking skills throughout the company's entire existance sucked).
5. Undertaker has learned throughout his career (ex: during the "American Bad Ass" biker phase of his career, the Deadman incorporated more technical skill--such as a triangle choke--into his arsenal), whislt 'Berg only remained primarily stuck with the power game and his "moves of doom" (the moves of doom refer to those moves used by a wrestler to finish the match, such as--for example--Cena's formerly current Killswitch Powerbomb + Five-Knuckle Shuffle + FU + ST-FU combination, and Goldberg's was mainly the Spear and the Jackhammer). Note that when I say "primarily stuck with", I am meaning to say that, whilst Goldberg's adapted outside of the States, when he's within the States, he's remained stagnet.
