I took this pic a few years ago. I work in agriculture during the summer months to help fund my full time art career during the winter and spring. While out in the fields, I always have an eye out for unusual plant life, and this is one of my most favorite of the widflowers in the area. The passion flower grows wild around here, and it is always a show stopper.Related content

Yeah they actually grow pretty wild around here, and are a common sight in the summer. They almost look too intricate to be real which is what makes them so interesting to me. They also have a rather good tasting fruit, but I can't get around the texture, it's like seeds covered in mucous. lol Their flower is definitely their strong suit!

Nature can be so beautiful and its always amazing when the right photographer can come along and do it justice
