OOoo this is a great picture for the fall!
Okay so i dont know how your falls are where you live. But here in Nova Scotia the nights look like this and so do the shadows.
There is a certain peace to the world as well as a fearful dread, i think that peace is a season comming to end and a new blustery one wanting to reak havok and thats winter.
But this picture makes me think Fall (autumn)and actually in a few minuites outside my window in my room the landscape will look like this!
Now as for a comment on how you did. I think you did a great job i dont know if you were thinking of the seasons or anything when you were making this picture. But you made a feeling of clamness as well as fear. The moon is like a grin and the house is a mystery and the sky is strange and inviting but the fact that you made the sky kind of scracthy looking makes me think that this scene isnt tottaly calm and peaceful there is also fear and some kind of dread in this as well. BUt i love it so much !!!!

Yes, our Falls here is somehow like that, the sky gaining this kind of tones, as it reminds us that Summer doesn't last forever...
To give you a little background on the story of this photo: The night was falling and it seemed like everything was bound to be engulfed by a darkness so great, that it was disturbing. Yet, what was more disturbing was the fact that everything was so calm, like the world was coming to an end and nothing or no one was to care. Only the moon woul keep shining up in the sky, watching over this set...
