A very touching scene. It has so much going on in the sense of emotions. There seems to be a sense of tranquility and peace even though the boy is really hungry and being offered food. Such a touching and emotional scene.

Touching, with such beautiful depth and colour. It seems rather gloomy, and almost kind of cold. I especially like the coloring and the variation of the stones of the alley/road ^_^ perspective, as always, is really nice, and everthing is so soft and runs together so smoothely. I also really like the smaller details and shadings, such as the towels, ladder, roofs, lanterns, umbrella, bowls, buckets, and so forth. It really captures an authentic feel.
I also really like the characters. Their fleshtones, hair, and clothes are really nice, and their poses really help to further the feel of it 
The boy also looks perfectly miserable x_x (that's a good thing, believe it or not lol)
Also, the texture of everything is really nice. Your lighting, colouring, shading, and details never cease to amaze.

Great piece! I really appreciate the amount of attention and detail you put into the background and its props. The backdrop really sets the mood. I feel like some festival, or busy occassion is happening right behind the walls, but the two figures have been isolated from the bustle in a quiet, intimate moment. Great color scheme. The greys make the boy's situation seem dismal, but the subtle inclusion of bright color brighten it up, reflecting the importance of the girl's caring act. Wonderful piece.

I truly love how you have the uncanny ability to make such great compositions in all of your works. The way the street curves into the background is unbelievable. It truely gives a uniqueness to the work and makes it stand out. The street feels like I can actually go there there and can walk into one of the stores or houses that line it. That's just how believible you made this. The dark and neutral colors that you used to color this is a very nice touch as well. I love how you married the deep blues with the warm light browns and greens in this work and yet it still goes together. The dark foreground against the light background is simply gorgeous. You have also made it so that the viewer can see all the nice detail work like the baskets and such, yet the piece is not busy to where it is cluttered. Truely amazing work. ^-^ Outstanding job overall.
