Description
Another of my silly Call of Time OCs, though I must say this one is a bit more silly than most...Meet Telindil, who may just meet the definition of "hedonistic excess". He was a poor Altmer boy from Cyrodiil who was down on his luck, escaping from an abusive household and out on the street. Well, until he found that his good looks could easily be turned into an...ahem..."career" of sorts, that is. He turned tricks for decades, enjoying every bit of attention lavished on him, good or bad. Telindil took to wearing the most expensive finery and partying early into the morning hours. But somehow it all felt a bit empty.
He would have stayed this way permanently if it weren't for the city he lived in being sacked. Suddenly careerless, he managed to worm his way onto a ship due to some of his "connections", becoming a corsair himself. He found this way he could maintain his lavish lifestyle AND boss around plenty of underlings, each one merely a stepping stone to vault him even higher.
He has found himself in another bad situation after a freak storm in the Sea of Ghosts, his ship permanently out of comission. But Telindil has seen strife before, and is taking this in stride. He is going to cause plenty of chaos in an unprepared Skyrim, reassembling a new crew and squeezing every bit of gold he can from the unsuspecting commoners before another daring escape into the sunset...
Hilariously enough, he and Falcarin, my vampire, both started as the same race...isn't it amazing what makeup/undeath can do to one's looks? XD

well, this thing is not even an Altmer but some filthy worm from Cyrodiil. one oblivion of a queer - his appearance screams for extermination. no doubt that his biggest dream is to be killed by a burgler as he doe snot deserve his guts torn apart by any decent man

Because birthplace dictates race rather than parentage? Despite his birthplace, he is in fact a full Altmer, just not from the best breeding stock. But that did work well for him, that was luck in his favor. I know fully well that if he were born in Alinor he would have been destroyed.
As for dreams I have to point out a flaw in your theory; he certainly does not want that happening to himself. He'd much prefer doing the gutting himself, other successful criminals are often the ones with the most coin, after all.

yes, no pure Altmer are born outside Alinor. someone who left it for various reasons has definately multitude of deficits in certain areas; intellectual certainly.
I will nover come to calling gold skinned Mer as Altmer, there is no mythical connection between them and heart of their existence.

I'm just curious as to what race they WOULD qualify as, if not Altmer. They only other golden-skinned meric race I can think of is Aldmer, and I think that would be even more rage-inducing to label him as one of the progenitors of the Altmeri race.
Besides, technically hes not quite queer, he likes both genders you see, and most every race. (Save for khajiit, that would just be weird). The vampire is the only "queer" character I own. And hey, if it makes you feel any better, Telindil here has only sired one known illegitimate half-breed child with a Bosmer woman. There could potentially be more, neither I nor he would know it, but only one has been proven to exist thus far.

there is no need for any qualification. filth is simply filth. except for Aldmer, Altmer, golden were alaso Ayleid scums.

Last I checked, Altmer breeding programs are in place so that offspring may better resemble the Aldmer, the proud progenitors of their race. They are often considered the pretty much unaltered form of the Aldmer in the first place. So calling them "filth" in the first place has me rather confused.
You are merely pointing out the obvious here. I tend not to let out of character knowledge mix with in character knowledge as much as possible but it's common knowledge his lifestyle is bound to make enemies. What matters is whether he truly enjoys himself or not, and trust me when I say he enjoys every moment.
