This is simply stunning work. You just knock me out with these Naruto32! I'm in love with the shadow receeding downward from the top. It creates a great highlight on the eyes.
Have you thought about taking this into photoshop and changing the negative space on the bottom to a slightly different color? I think that would make the head really pop. Just a suggestion.
