Yes folks, I've finally updated a new dev. I'd made it clear at the beginning of the year that I wanted to draw more human based artwork to even out my gallery. I know some people out there sneer at the anime/ manga style, but I really like it! No, not because it's popular, but because something about the stylization that I enjoy. I like the large expressive eyes, and the over the top emotions. I think the people that absolutely hate the style are just people that don't have enough things to complain about in their lives.

But I digress...

So yeah! Yoko! The girl from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann! I'll probably draw Kamina and Simon sometime in the future. I finished that anime about two months ago and really enjoyed it! So I figured, why not try draw drawing some of the characters? I'm pretty happy with the way it came out, but I'm not sure I got the face right. I was trying something different with the shading too, which came out decently enough. I really need to learn how to properly shade metal.
