This one is sold toEDIT: We know the tips are wrong. Will not affect the purchase as it will be corrected on the actual product, just the deviation will remain up here and a large updated one will be added later with the corrections to all of them. We ask that you not point this out and only focus on the rest of the sword.
This is the second Shinso we have made, first that is actually finished ^_^
This is one of the 7 out of 9 swords we finished. I'm back in university ( I still live at home, just classes and stuff but I'll try to continue sword making through it)
Our first Shinso broke right before we could primer it and we haven't had time to fix it properly (no glue seems to hold it right now)
So we just remade it. Check the WIPs in my gallery to see it and all before the paint.

20" blade
10" handle
We colored it according to screenshots and manga.
This will be for sale soon, either on Etsy or Ebay. I'm going to try one or the other and this will be updated with the information as soon as I have it.
We're looking for $40 + $15 which is standard shipping for these as they have to go through UPS for being oddly shaped and all. Though we are willing to work out pricing right now I think.
More swords up soon, so keep checking back. I about have too many to keep at the moment so I have to get rid of some of them ^_^

just a couple problems uh it's a bit long for a wakizaski or nodachi and the blade is a little fixed but good job i do like it he's my favorite character

Thank you for the information. This piece actually ended up broken though, as there is a problem in the tsuba design that makes it almost impossible to be cut from wood and still stay together. Will think about working it again in metal.

if i might ask what do you use to shape the blade just curious me personally i use piratecaptains method (soory if i come of to rude)

haha it's cool, totally understand. I actually use a hand planer with an adjustable blade I picked up from Lowes probably a million years ago. Takes the wood of quickly without much wear on a sander later. The tool didn't cost much and with a bit of practice I can make the blades sharper now than I used to
