Heading to the finale of Weretober, meaning for the last of the Ancient Werebeasts series, it's gonna be about the famous dinos, and this batch features Spinosaurus and Triceratops (with cameos of Nasutoceratops and Styracosaurus.

Again, copy pasted straight from my Insta:

The Priest Queen - Spinosaurus: The main influence is definitely Egypt, but I also took some inspiration from the Mondsee culture from Austria.

With evidence of gold and metal-working in hand, and treasures scattered about a great river, it was the first clue that may Ancient werebeasts were a lot more advanced than many modern werebeast scientists would like, and were already as advanced as the first "proper" Werebeast civilizations that came after.

From the historical epics that archeologist can "roughly" guess (as the language is still undeciphered), the Priest Queen's kingdom was both large and well organized, and was perhaps the last hold-out against the Tyrant's, which has, with more evidence, seemingly an organized military machine rather than simply an army that overwhelmed with numbers and the sheer size of its foot-soldiers.

Curiously enough, all evidence indicated she kept a relative autonomy for her great riverine kingdom. How this happened, archeologists still do not know.

Ironhorn and her Rebels - Triceratops, Nasutoceratops and Styracosaurus: Ironhorn is basically a mix between Boudicca and Spartacus, a former queen of a Kingdom who's realm was absorbed into the Tyrant's empire.

After she and her people were forced into gladiatorial games for years, she mustered enough of her people and arms from her oppressors to create an army that scoured the Empire.

Twice she engaged the Tyrant on the battlefield, and twice the Tyrant King was routed, the aura of invincibility shattered. It seemed she would have liberated her homeland... until the timely intervention of the Crown Prince, who crushed her and her army.

Curiously, for Archeologists, this should have been the end, as most slave revolts tend to end violently, but as the coinage dictates, miraculously, she was spared, perhaps even managing a province of her own. It would remain a mystery why this happened... until the timely discovery of a ruin, that tells part of the story of the very Last of the Tyrant Kings: Thunder.
