From my fanfic, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 9: Stairway To Heaven . In a hypothetical timeline that Jolyne was able to Pucci's plan before it reached the Made in Heaven stage, she managed to have a descendant in the original universe- the current world president, Joke Joestar. This president's primary objective is stopping Theo Herald's attempts to spread anarchy. Joke is unsurprisingly a teller of incredibly bad puns, but is capable of being a reasonable and effective leader when needed. His Stand reflects his desire to maintain peace and reduce casualties.

The song that inspired the Stand, Where Is The Love was written in 2003 in response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Centers in NYC, with its main theme exploring why there is so much brute hate in the world.

I made the Stand to be an avian like Magician's Red, but more American Eagle themed with the coloring being the American flag. Since the Joestars are associated with stars, having one be a president with a flag filled with stars was logical. Additionally, he serves as a positive counterpart to the well-intentioned, but corrupt Funny Valentine, being what a leader of a nation should be.

Stand: Where Love Is- named after the song by the band, Black Eyed Peas.
Stand User: Joke Joestar
Ability: Pacifism- Where Love Is is able to calm down the mind of targets including itself by releasing wind that has pheromones that increase hormones that make one feel less aggrieve. The applications are diverse- including maintaining a tranquil state of focus while enraged, being able to act in calm state, automatic reflexes due to being in a calm state of mind, breaking up conflicts by inducing peace, numbing other's emotions through serenity, make others feel comfortable so their guard is done while the Stand attacks, make others drowsy, etc. More combat specific skills including numbing pain so he can fight without worry of injury.
Destructive Power: B- Above a human, but below a top-tier Stand.
Speed: A- incredibly fast and agile.
Range: A- 700 meters.
Precision: B- Can make others feel more relaxed, but those with stronger determination can resist.
Persistence: C- Lasts for a few minutes before dissipating with the hopeful result being the targets calm down.
Development Potential: E- Joke has discovered most of his power's uses.
Stand User Rank: B- A good combat and mediator type Stand, but below top-tier Stands in terms of efficiency.
