From my prequel fanfic, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 8.5: Rainbow In The Dark . Robert E.O. Speedwagon was a supporter of the Joestar family out of devotion to Jonathan Joestar, using his oil discovery to finance a company that focused on philanthropy as well as the study of supernatural phenomena to aid the family he was indebted to. Upon his death, due to his good deeds, he was allowed to ascend into Heaven and was appointed by All Right, the Stand equivalent of GOD, to be a music smith for the creation of Stand, allowing Robert to have the Stand, Music Man be his to be its current user. While his company would aid the Joestars from the sidelines with their resource, Robert E.O. Speedwagon would aid in mysterious ways by creating the forms for the Stands starting with Hermit Purple onwards. This continued even after the universal reset, with the Holy Corpse Stand, Tusk, Soft And Wet, etc being his creations as well to aid the new Joestar lineage.

REO Speedwagon (originally stylized as R.E.O. Speedwagon) is an American rock band from Champaign, Illinois. Formed in 1967, the band cultivated a following during the 1970s and achieved significant commercial success throughout the 1980s, but its mainstream popularity waned in the end of the decade- though remains a popular band even now. Their music genres consist of Rock, pop-rock, hard-rock, soft-rock, and arena rock. The song, Music Man is about band member, Kevin Cronin's love of music and performing and being a rockstar. and how he knows that the band'll make it, even if no one believes in them. and he'll at least always be a music man.

As much of a memetic badass Speedwagon is, he was always a supporter doing the best he could, even if he wasn't enough the strongest. The power of Music- an amalgam of musical instruments reflects this, whose musical beats ripple into the future, influencing the heroism of those with the Joestar lineage as a secret aide.

Ability: Rhythm Manipulation- Music Man can manipulate and control any and all rhythm, allowing Music Man to manipulate the rhythm and everything associated with it, since there is a rhythm in nearly everything in creation, depending on the users skill, they can do nearly anything. Applications include brainwave manipulation, Stand creation by creating specific beats that formulate its specific powers, heart-rates, disruption, morse code, electromagnetic noise, flow, electrical signal, frequency, modulation, phenomenon, pulse, sleep inducement, vibration, and wave manipulation.
Destructive Power: Beyond Omega Tier- far above a top-tier Stand in terms of raw power.
Speed: Beyond Omega Tier- far above a top-tier Stand in terms of raw speed.
Range: Omnipresent- Music Man is present in every dimension, universe, plane of existence, etc.
