The Surgeon of the Wacky Pirates. He was constantly being targeted by others for wanting to use him until Mancha found him a place where he could be anonymous, doing surgical work without much attention.

He doesn't like attention and refers to himself as a Nobody (as in someone of not much importance) despite his talent, which caused him to be sought by those who sought to use him until Mancha gave him a place where he could do his work without bringing much attention to himself. He deliberately goes out of his way to be as bland as possible.

He has Rulers Observation/Armament/Conquerors/Realm Haki, Void/Space/Light/Aether Nature Haki, Balance Haki, Normal Haki, Divine Haki, Crazy Haki, Sorcery Haki, Normal Haki, and Mana Mastery.

He ate the Filter-Filter Fruit, allowing him to completely filter/remove anything/everything from his body, including things that are impossible to filter out or remove such as adaptive toxins/viruses and other effects that nullify the ability to filter/remove them. Applications include alcohol filtering, containment immunity, infestation rejection, disease immunity, internal bodily cleansing, Infusion immunity, omni-expulsion, poison immunity, sanitized metabolism, fatigue immunity, antibody manipulation, and health optimization. His Awakening allows him reality filtering- being able to add, remove, or change anything in the world- filtering out what is not needed and keeping what he wants.
